EPBC Referral open for comment

The EPBC Referral for the proposed Wala Wala Pumped Hydro Energy Storage Project has been accepted as valid and is now available for public comment.

The referral forms part of the Australian Government’s environmental assessment process under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).
